LINDA ARSENIO LAUNCHED PARKOUR CALENDAR 2010 BY AATISH ACADEMY

15th December, 2009: AATISH ACADEMY FOR PERFORMING X-TREME ARTS
launched one of its kind the 'Parkour Calendar 2010'. Parkour,
the art of movement is a French free running sport. Bollywood
actress Linda Arsenio, of Kabul Express and Aaloo chaat fame
launched this unique calendar in India to promote the sport of
Parkour along with Mixed martial Arts. Linda Arsenio is also
getting trained under Aatish from the past 1 ˝ yr and by the end
of 2010 she will get black belt in Mixed Martial Arts .
Parkour, today is one of the most popular and fast growing
sports in America and Europe. It is the art of movement in which
“Traceurs” (male practitioners) and “ Traceuse ” (female
practitioners) go from point “A” to point “B” in the most
efficient and effective way possible. They have to overcome any
obstacle in their way by leaping, vaulting and climbing using
the principle abilities of the human body. Akshay Kumar, the
bollywood stunt hero has performed Parkour in Thums Up
commercial. It has also been used in many Hollywood movies like
Casino Royal, Breaking and Entering, Live Free, Die Hard etc.
AATISH ACADEMY FOR PERFORMING X-TREME ARTS is the only
institution in India which trains in Parkour.
