Q: Is AAtish Academy for Performing X-treme Arts for everyone?
A: No, it is not for everyone. We train students who have the desire to learn and who want to improve themselves both Physically and Mentally. Whether you have poor self esteem or lack confidence, it doesn't matter. We will give you these tools. All you need is the desire. If you've got that then “AAtish Academy for Performing X-treme Arts ” is for you.

Q: Do I need to be in shape to join?

A: NO you do not! At “AAtish Academy for Performing X-treme Arts” we pride ourselves on getting our students in shape, actually great shape. It's what we do! Don't wait to get in shape if you are interested. Just Join! And let us handle this.

Q: Is there any age limit to learn X-treme Arts?

A: It is never too late to start learning the martial arts. We have programs for ages 4 and up. It is perfect for men and women in their 30's, 40's, 50's and up! Our training environment is friendly and motivating so you can learn at your own pace.

Q: I want to join AAtish academy. But I am not interested to lean any kind of martial art(s), still want to reduce weight. Do you have any individual program for weigh reduce?

A: As you know AAtish Academy is not a local martial arts school. It’s a complete Family Health Club; apart from X-treme Mix Martial Arts we have Dynamic Weigh Loss Programs too. Which will help you to reduce weigh & you will experience tremendous results in just few sessions.

Q: Are these X-treme Martial Arts safe?

A: You won't get kicked in the head or walk home with a black eye. We use the safest equipment and cut no corners for your safety. Only those that desire and have obtained the necessary skills are allowed contact training.

Q: How long does it take to get good?

A: With the attention you will receive in class, you will be more proficient in protecting your self after just a few lessons!

Q: I am a cricketer and I want to increase my physical strength & stamina. What should I do?

A: Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete tuning up for your Next Level, we have training programs for you! We will teach you according to your need & requirement for your sport’s game.

Q: I never experienced this kind of class / lessons before!

A: To really understand fighting in its totally, We invite you to come and experience our Free Introductory Class and may consider enrolling in one of our outstanding programs including Shotokan Karate-Do, Warrior’s Stick Martial Arts (Stick Sports Fighting), Kickboxing, Kungfu (Medium Trapping Range), Grappling (Close Range), Full Contact Tournament, Tai Chi, Physical Fitness, Toning, Conditioning & Equipment Training.

Q: What should I wear, Dress Code?

A: Wear comfortable WORKOUT CLOTHING (track pant and t-shirt are fine). A cup supporter is recommended for males for extra precaution. Your training suite should allow you to move with ease; so stretchable clothing is always advisable. For safe training, we use Olympic level training mats so you don’t need footwear.

> Must Have:

A thick large bath size towel for stomach / floor exercise, a smaller face napkin to freshen up, either bottle of water or any energy drink. Look forward to seeing you on the mats!
