All equipment-based boxing and kickboxing classes utilize OLYMPIC LEVEL TRAINING MATS, HEAVY BAGS, SPEED BAGS, DOUBLE-END BAGS or a combination thereof. All participants are required to wear gloves and hand wraps. Our programs develop physical skills such as FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, POWER, COORDINATION AND AGILITY USING NON-TRADITIONAL MANNER.
