I am AAtish Rizwan, born & brought up in Mumbai. I have done my black belt in 5 kind of different martial arts & it’s been 25 long years I am practicing them.
At the age of sixteen (when I was a minor) I establish an organization called AAtish academy for performing x-treme arts.
The goal of AAtish academy for performing x-treme arts is to explore the limitless potential of a human body in a very safe & controlled environment for healthy life style, self-defense & entertainment.
Till 25 Nov 2008, I was an ordinary guy doing regular ordinary things. I was very much happy for the things I did in my life so far. But 26 Nov 2008, one of the darkest & saddest day in Indian history. More than 164 people lost their lives & more than 308 people seriously injured & it took more than 72 hours to control the situation.
As an ordinary human being, I was thinking that there is nothing I can do in the fight against terrorism. But I realized that terrorism directly targets ordinary people. People like you & me. On that day I realized the true meaning of life, the importance of staying protected, staying together & staying alive, that day had changed my life forever.
This is my great honor to introduce you to INDIA’S 1ST & MOST PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE TACTICAL SYSTEM which took me 3 years to develop after terrorist attack in Mumbai on 26-11-2008. This is the world’s shortest tactical system which can be learned in just 3 hours by any civilian above 18 years.
GOALS:
1) To educate people about different types & level of threats.
2) To train people mentally, emotionally & physically to respond back to a given terror situation / take action against it to control the situation.
3) To encourage people to cooperate with law-enforcement officers to minimize the attack disaster & maintain peace in the country.
Note: Advance program is also available to the Indian police & commandos.

I strongly believe to think of an idea to improve the world and put it into ACTION.
I thought that was quite powerful and it reminds me of a quote I learned a long time ago when I was new to martial arts. Now that I am expert (people say like this all the time), and having great masters that had led me along the way, that quote now has gained more meanings to me. Today I would like to share that quote with you. ” I strongly believe to improve the world… ” But truth be known I found it was difficult to improve the world, so I tried to improve my country. When I realize I couldn’t improve my country, I began to focus on my town. I could not improve my town and being fed up; I tried to improve my family. Now being frustrated, I realize the only thing I can improve is “my very own self”. Suddenly I realize that 1st I have to improve myself; I can make an impact on my family. My family and I can make an impact on our town. Their impact can improve the country and I can indeed improve the world. I consider my family around the globe to the students, supporters and believers in AAtish Academy, and specially YOU!
At the age of 16 (Nov. 9th 1998) I established AAtish Academy for Performing X-treme Arts with anticipation to improve the world. Even after learning different cultures, principles, set of skills, techniques, obtained black belt in 5 kinds of different martial arts & practicing them since 24 very long years, every single day I realize I have a long way to go. But I am staying positive, strong & focused. Because my humble soul somewhere knows, hopes and prays that you will be always there for me in this slow & lengthy procedure, I am counting one you.
